Into The Woods Stitchbook Kit

Decorate the pages using fabric scraps, appliqué shapes and simple embroidery.  Use the provided materials to get started, then collect your own materials to continue to add to the pages. The layout of the pages is up to you but I have provided some ideas to get you started. There is also a mini-kit included (to make a felt mushroom) with full instructions.

The book has my unique folding page design which allows you to open the page when sewing, and close the page to hide the tails and threads after sewing. Great for beginner sewers as you can make the back of the work as messy as you like!

Although suitable for beginners, this is a luxury Stitchbook made of wool felt which feels lovely to work with and would also suit experienced stitchers. It is also suitable for use with a sewing machine as the pages open out to fit under the machine.

The kit includes a 20 page instruction booklet with photo instructions of how to use the Stitchbook, complete basic stitches and use the paper templates as well as ideas for decorating the pages.

Some materials are provided to help you start to decorate your pages, but to complete the Stitchbook you will also need to collect your own fabric, ribbons, buttons and other decorative elements.

You will also need: Access to basic sewing equipment, eg. needles, coloured thread and scissors.

The Into The Woods Stitchbook measures 16cm x 16cm (6 1/4" x 6 1/4")  excluding binding rings and has 10 felt pages  in 5 colours (5 folded felt sections).
