Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions set out how Kim Edith and Stitchbook Studio agrees to sell our goods and services to you. Upon accepting your order we (Kim Edith) and you (The Customer) are legally bound by these terms and conditions. 

  1.  ABOUT US

The goods and services you find on this website are provided by Kim Edith trading as Stitchbook Studio. We are registered as a Sole Trader at the following address: Studio 6, Hotwalls, Broad Street, Portmouth, Po1 2FS, UK. 

The majority of goods are made or assembled in house to our own designs. 



Please use our online shop to place your order. Full payment is required before your order is despatched. 

It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide is accurate, please ensure you check all details before placing your order. 


  1. 3 PAYMENT

Kim Edith accepts payments via PayPal or Stripe. PayPal and Stripe are safe and easy ways of ensuring you are using a trusted and secure electronic payment gateway. 

You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase, and you can use your bank card when checking out if preferred. I also use Paypal for invoicing for custom orders. 



We ship worldwide and try and keep shipping costs low by using 2nd class, and international standard shipping.  Delivery for all orders is a fixed rate of £3.50 up to £35 and FREE over £35 to the UK. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class. Delivery will be within 2-5 working days. For shipping rates outside of the UK see the Shipping and Returns page. 

To keep costs low, orders under £40 are not typically tracked door to door. Custom made products and higher value orders may be fully tracked.  

Pre-made and Photo Transfer Service orders will be sent within 3 working days of ordering.  Custom Stitchbook orders can take longer and this will be discussed when ordering. 

  1. 5 RETURNS

We try at all times to deliver goods which you will love. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Items must be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days. Please ensure that you contact us prior to sending them back. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. To return faulty or damaged goods please contact Kim by email at [email protected] prior to sending them back. In event of goods being faulty we will cover costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.

Please note returns on custom items such as Custom Stitchbooks and Photo Transfer Service items are not available due to the nature of the product. If however your item is damaged in the post or arrives with incorrect details (that differ from what you have provided) we will provide a refund or replacement without question.

Any personal information you provide to us through our website will be taken as consent for us to use in the specific purpose for which is was obtained. 

We will not pass on your data and take appropriate action to ensure it is not lost or misused.  You can read the privacy policy here.

Any personal photographs provided digitally through the Photo Transfer Service remain the property of the customer and will not be used for any other purpose than the transfer service. The digital files will be deleted from our system as soon as the order has been dispatched.
